Note and Steps to Fill the Form:
1. Please check your eligibility as per the brochure2. Submit application fee of Rs. 1200 (Open/EWS/OBC) / Rs. 600 (SC/ST/PwD) via SBIColect (Refer to “Guidelines for Payment of MBA Application Fee through SBI Collect” in the Annexure)
3. Download the application form from the link provided above and fill in all the relevant details, paste the latest passport size photograph and sign in the space provided.
4. Upload this filled in application form along with all the necessary documents (Table 1 of the brochure) using the Google form link provided above.
