Call For Papers

Participants from educational institutions, R&D centres, Government organizations and Industrial organizations are cordially invited to contribute original research papers and review articles based on the thematic areas of the conference.

Selected full-length papers may be considered for publication in suitable SCI/Scopus-indexed journals and book proceedings, subject to peer review and the publication policies of the respective journals/publishers. All accepted abstracts will be compiled in the abstract booklet/souvenir.

Fee Payment & Registration Procedure

All presenting authors and attendees must complete their registration by paying the requisite registration fee via SBI Collect using the step-by-step procedure detailed below:

  1. Visit the official SBI Collect portal at SBI Collect and select the SBI Collect option.
  2. Accept the terms and conditions to proceed further.
  3. Select State of Corporate/Institute as Himachal Pradesh and Type of Corporate/Institute as Educational Institutions.
  4. Select Educational Institute Name as NIT Hamirpur and click on Submit.
  5. Select Payment Category as WORKSHOP FDP STC CONFERENCE and fill in the required participant details.
  6. Complete the transaction and download/print the e-receipt for future records and submission proof.

Publication Opportunities

Selected papers may be considered for publication in a Special Issue of the following reputed journals after a rigorous peer-review process as per the journal's standard requirements. Please note that a nominal special issue publication fee may apply as per journal policy and is to be borne directly by the author(s).
